This book contains short aphorisms for thoughtless meditation. They are meant to be reflected upon instead of just read. I wholeheartedly recommend this book for advanced seekers or initiates.
Stillness Speaks by Eckhart Toll it's all about living in the "NOW." One can find "inner stillness" through Toll's teachings. Toll explains that once you lose the "inner stillness" you will lose touch with yourself thereby losing touch with the world.
